Velasca Gift Cards and Store Credits are flexible coupons (physical or digital) that serve as valid payment methods for purchases on our online store or in our Danish store. Here is everything you need to know to make the most of these tools.
Gift Cards
Purchase: You can buy a Gift Card physically in one of our stores or online in predefined amounts: kr. 500, kr. 1000, kr. 1500, kr. 2000, kr. 2500, kr. 3000, kr. 3500, kr. 4000. For higher amounts, you can use combinations of different amounts (for example: for a kr. 5000 Gift Card, you can buy a kr. 1000 Gift Card and a kr. 4000 Gift Card and use them together).
Delivery: If purchased online, the Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If it's a gift, you can enter the recipient's email address.
Store Credits
Velasca Store Credits are issued to a customer in the case of a return. Their value corresponds to the price paid for the returned product.
Gift Cards and Store Credits share similar characteristics:
Usage and Validity
Usage: They can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the available balance is exhausted.
Validity: The coupons are valid for one year from the date of issue. Once expired, they cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued.
Combining with Other Offers: You can use the Gift Card and Store Credits in combination with promotions or discount codes available on our site.
Handling Loss, Damage, or Theft
Responsibility: Velasca Gift Cards and Store Credits are not tied to a specific individual and can be used by anyone who possesses them to purchase our products. The responsibility for the safekeeping and use of the Gift Card or Store Credit lies entirely with the holder.
Loss, Damage, or Theft: In case of theft, loss, or damage, it will not be possible to replace the Gift Card or Store Credit, and Velasca cannot be held responsible for the loss of the available balance due to such events or fraud. Therefore, we recommend keeping the Gift Card and Store Credit in a safe place and monitoring their use to avoid any inconvenience.
Where to Use Credits
Website and Stores: Credits can be used on our DK site and at our store in Denmark. They cannot be used on the international site or in our stores located abroad.
